Position Overview

The HR Coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager, Group HR, in direct support for the Group HR function by providing administrative, operational, and project support to ensure efficient HR processes and positive employee experience. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, benefits, training, performance management, and compliance.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Communication and Reporting

Regular communication with employees and managers (daily/weekly)Reporting to Senior Manager, Group HR (weekly)Coordination with external vendors (as needed)

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, benefits, process HR documentation, support onboardingRecruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communicationEmployee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, support HR programs and initiativesData & Reporting: Prepare HR reports, track metrics, support auditsProject Support: Assist with HR projects and eventsOther duties as assigned 

The Qualifications

•    Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
•    At least two years’ experience in HR related field

Preferred Experience

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employment law
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Experience in SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience with HR content creation preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
