Position Overview

  • This role coordinates efforts to build, enhance and manage our ongoing rollout of S4 HANA across the globe in the areas of Financial Operations and Reporting.
  • Leads the design and oversite of Financial Planning and Reporting.
  • This position will work across departments and drives standardization across the organization. This role will partner with various business functions to ensure IT roadmap initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Additionally, this role will oversee third party consultants and service providers that are a part of our SAP S4 HANA ecosystem.
  • This position will work closely with BPO’s (Business Process Owners) as well as other functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration processes across the organization.
  • Manages and directs Information Technology activities to support business process related to Group Operations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the IT projects and initiatives for the Finance Domain.
  • Ensure compliance with the IT standards, policies, and best practices for the Financial Processes.
  • Manage the relationship and communication with the business stakeholders and IT Teams across all Albaugh regions and Finance globally.
  • Steward Albaugh’s global SAP template ensuring standardization across regions.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on all of Albaugh’s Finance Processes; AP, AR, GL, COPA, Closing, Financial Reporting.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP and other applications and system for the Finance functions and processes.  To include Chart of Accounts, Fiancé Configuration, and Finance Integrations.
  • Serve as a coordination point for all systems and applications required to support business operations in the Finance processes, SAP or other.
  • Collaborate with other functional leaders, developers, and business users to ensure the integration and compatibility of the SAP modules and related platforms.
  • Serve as the primary contact and funnel for support teams, AMS, project, and Group COE teams regarding support solutions for the Finance processes.
  • Independent thinker with strong expertise to make strategic recommendations for process improvements and providing solutions to improve efficiencies.
  • Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
  • Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the manufacturing and warehouse management systems, modules, and users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify system risks, monitor, and optimize system performance, and execute upgrades and enhancement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the manufacturing and warehouse management domain and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT functional roles for the Financial functions and configuration.
  • At least 5 years of experience with SAP functional analysis, configuration, and implementations
  • Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industry experience a plus
  • Implementation and Operations experience in SAP ERP systems.
  • Design and implementation of SAP reporting (BPC or SAC) or other reporting tools
  • Language: English as a primary or second language. Fluent skills 4Pts (when 5 is Maximum)
  • Office & SAP environment.
