Logistics Supply Chain Internship

Position Overview

This full-time internship in the Summer of 2026 offers the opportunity to gain experience in Logistics Supply Chain Engineering at Albaugh’s manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, Mo. This role will have an emphasis on warehouse logistics, supply chain, and other duties. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on application of engineering studies for career readiness in engineering or related areas.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Gain insight into all areas of Logistics Supply Chain Engineering by:

• Work on process import and export logistics, including customer fulfillment and shipping coordination.
• Compile and analyze data to improve supply chain efficiency and optimize logistics processes.
• Help in inventory management and procurement processes, ensuring accurate documentation and records.
• Work with various departments to optimize supply chain functions and participate in process improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, logistics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
