Position Overview

The Labeling Manager is responsible for supporting the Regulatory Director for the compliance of Albaugh product labeling with applicable Federal (US EPA & Canada PMRA) and state lead agency labeling requirements

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee compliance of Albaugh products with applicable state pesticide, fertilizer, and seed labeling regulations in coordination with the U.S. Regulatory team.
  • Direct the implementation of labeling changes, including coordination with print vendors and approval of final label artwork to ensure accuracy and timely production.
  • Ensure the integrity and compliance of product labeling through the use of Global Vision Verify or similar label management and proofing systems, validating alignment with EPA, PMRA, and other applicable regulatory approvals.
  • Maintain and administer labeling records, artwork archives, and related documentation to support regulatory compliance and business continuity.
  • Provide strategic oversight of commercial label availability to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Manage the maintenance and revision of end-use shipping labels to support sourcing, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory and operational requirements affecting labeling and proactively identify, communicate, and implement necessary updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure labeling processes support business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing work, resolving labeling issues, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for assigned compliance-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective completion.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and other duties as assigned, contributing expertise and recommendations to support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline labeling, documentation, and compliance processes.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • FIFRA or other Regulatory Compliance experience (TSCA, FFDCA) is desirable. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Agriculture in the United States..
